- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
- 2 whole Medium Onions, Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Water
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Condensed Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cups Uncooked Long Grain Rice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 cups Cabbage, Shredded
Directions

1Brown beef, onions, garlic.

2Add crushed tomatoes, water, and soup and bring to boil.

3Add rice, salt, pepper, nutmeg and Worcestershire sauce.

4Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

5Place half of the shredded cabbage in a greased baking dish.

6Cover with half of the rice mixture.

7Repeat layers.

8Cover and bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
