  • 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 whole Medium Onions, Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Water
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Condensed Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cups Uncooked Long Grain Rice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 cups Cabbage, Shredded

Directions

    Brown beef, onions, garlic.

    Add crushed tomatoes, water, and soup and bring to boil.

    Add rice, salt, pepper, nutmeg and Worcestershire sauce.

    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Place half of the shredded cabbage in a greased baking dish.

    Cover with half of the rice mixture.

    Repeat layers.

    Cover and bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
