  • 2 lb. cabbage, shredded
  • 2 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 2 lb. ground beef (beef or sausage)
  • 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans water

Directions

    Place cabbage in large baking dish.

    Cook the meat and onion soup in large skillet over medium heat until well browned.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Pour over cabbage.

    Cover and bake in 325° oven for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
