Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 small broccoli
  • 2 medium carrot
  • 1/3 cup celery
  • 1/2 medium chopped onion
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 2 medium cucumber
  • 1 cup couscous

    Chop veggies.

    Mix in a bowl with tuna and couscous.

    Add yoghurt, mustard, salt and pepper.

    Cut cucumbers in half and remove inside with spoon and then fill and serve.
