Ingredients
- 3 cups graham crackers, crushed
- 2 packages lemon Jell-O gelatin
- 1 lemons (juiced and rind) or 2 tablespoons real lemon concentrate (omit rind)
- 34 cup sugar
- 2 cups hot water
- ice cube, to equal 1 cup
- 1 can evaporated milk
Directions

1Put evaporated milk and beaters into freezer ahead of time.

2You want this to be well chilled.

3Add hot water to sugar and jello.

4Stir until dissolved.

5Add ice cubes.

6Stir until dissolved.

7Put mixture into fridge and let thicken.

8Take beaters and milk out of fridge.

9Beat milk until thick.

10Add lemon juice and rind.

11Slowly add thickend jello mixture to milk mixture and continue beating.

12Pour this mixture intoa 9x12 pan lined with the graham cracker crumbs.

13Sprinkle some of the crumbs on top of the bars.

14Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

15Make sure the bars are well chilled!
