  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 lemons, grate skin and juice
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 Heritage eggs
  • a piece of butter, size of a walnut
  • 7 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Beat or use blender to mix and cook over medium heat, stirring often until thick (as you would pudding).

    This will thicken when cold.

    Refrigerate.

    Serve with vegetables or spread on bread.
