  • juice of 4 lemons and grated rind of one
  • 1 lb. granulated sugar
  • butter (size of walnut)

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar and lemon juice and rind until well mixed. Cook in double boiler and stir until it thickens.

    Add butter last.
