Lemon Cake

Directions

   Beat all ingredients together for 5 minutes.

   Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.

   Cool for 5 minutes.

   Mix 1/2 cup lemon juice and 2 cups powdered sugar.

   Poke holes in warm cake and pour over.
