  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Mix and beat approximately 2 minutes.

    Pour in angel food cake pan (greased and floured).

    Bake 40 minutes at 350° or until done. Let cool 15 minutes and put on plate.

    Poke holes with fork all over top.
