- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick oleo or butter
- 1 large can Carnation milk, chilled
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 2 lemons, grated and juiced
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Melt butter; mix crumbs in and press into 9 x 13-inch serving dish.

2Dissolve sugar in mixture of lemon juice and rind. Dissolve Jell-O in water and chill in refrigerator.

3Whip milk until thick; gradually add Jell-O, beating.

4Stir in lemon mixture.

5Put in crust and chill.

6Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top for garnish.
