- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- lemon slices (for garnish)
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. fish fillets
Directions

1In a large skillet, melt the butter and stir in dill, thyme, scallion and lemon juice.

2Add the fish fillets and cook 4 to 5 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

3Put fish on a platter; pour butter sauce from the pan over fish.

4Garnish with lemon slices.
