  • 1 vanilla wafer crust
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

    Mix milk, juice and eggs together.

    Blend very well.

    Add Cool Whip and beat with mixer until very creamy.

    Pour into vanilla crust.
