  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 2 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups + 2 Tbsp. cold milk
  • cool whip for topping

Directions

    Mix together first 3 ingredients and press in 9x13 pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees about 15-20 minutes. Set aside to cool.
