  • 5 skinned chicken breasts
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Place chicken in shallow pan.

    Melt margarine; stir in mustard and lemon juice, tarragon and salt.
