  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 whole egg
  • 5 tablespoons milk or more
  • 2 1/16 cups flour
  • 1 egg yolk for brushing
  • 3 tablespoons milk

    Gradually add the flour, kneading it into the mix until it turns into a malleable ball of dough.

    Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate it for half an hour.
