Lemon Pecan Chicken

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts split into 4 breast halves
  • 3 TBS Butter (melted)
  • 2 TBS Lemon Juice
  • 1 TBS Raw Honey
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 TS Sea Salt
  • 1/4 TS Pepper
  • 1 TBS Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Raw Pecans finely chopped

    Preheat oven to 350

    Combine butter, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt and pepper
  3. 3
    Use the olive oil to lightly grease baking dish
  4. 4
    Dip chicken breast in lemon butter mixture then dip into ground pecans to lightly coat and place in baking dish

    Drizzle remaining lemon butter on top of the chicken and bake for 25-30 minutes

    if the tops look mushy or wet, put under broiler for about 3-4 minutes
