  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 medium orange, squeeze juice (preferably big one)
  • 6 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • honey to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon peel
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Cook until thick; cool.

    Pour into dish with granola (preferably blueberry or nut granola) and cool in fridge.
