- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Combine sugar, cornstarch and water in top of double boiler. Cook over hot water until thickened.

2Remove from heat.

3Stir in butter, rind and juice.

4Good over bread pudding or gingerbread.
