  • 2 sticks margarine, softened
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour (plain)
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. flour (plain)
  • grated rind of 1 or 2 lemons

Directions

    Pour mixture over baked crust and return to oven for 20 minutes.

    Remove from oven; let cool a few minutes, then sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.

    Let cool before cutting into desired size bars or squares.
