  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cod fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
