Broiled Crab Cakes Recipe

  • 1 lb lump crabmeat
  • 1 tsp seafood seasoning or possibly
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. finely minced parsley
  • 2 x Large eggs, well beaten

Directions

    Preheat broiler.

    Place crabmeat in mixing bowl.

    Add in seafood seasoning or possibly dry mustard, lemon juice, parsley and Large eggs; stir gently to combine.

    Form into medium sized cakes, place in lightly buttered flat pan.

    Broil till golden on both sides.
