  • 8 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cans black olives
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • jalapeno peppers to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 6 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

Directions

    Chop in food processor the tomatoes, peppers, onion, olives, cilantro and jalapeno peppers.

    Add garlic powder and stir.

    Then add olive oil and vinegar.

    Stir and chill.
