- 6 c. skim milk
- 8 oz. egg substitute
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. rum extract
- 1/4 c. brandy (optional)
- ground nutmeg and cinnamon, for garnish
Directions

1In large saucepan, over medium heat, heat 5 cups milk, egg substitute and sugar until thickened, stirring constantly.

2Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and rum extracts.

3Cover; chill.

4Just before serving, stir in brandy, if desired.

5Thin to desired consistency with remaining skim milk.

6Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
