  • 2 envelopes Dream Whip Dessert Topping Mix
  • 1 pkg (85g) Jell-O Jelly Powder, Raspberry or Cranberry flavour
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup crushed raspberries*
  • 1 ready to use 9 inch (23 cm) graham wafer crumb crust
  • Fresh raspberries

    PREPARE dessert topping mix as directed on package.

    DISSOLVE jelly powder in 2/3 cup (150 mL) boiling water.

    Add ice cubes and stir constantly until jelly starts to thicken, about 2 to 3 minutes.

    Remove any unmelted ice.

    FOLD prepared dessert topping into jelly until well blended.

    Fold in fruit.

    Chill until slightly thickened, about 15 minutes.

    POUR into crumb crust.

    Chill 3 hours.

    Garnish with fresh raspberries.
