- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 14 cup picante sauce
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 (8 ounce) carton plain nonfat yogurt
- cooking spray
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.

2Combine egg whites and next 3 ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.

3Spoon batter into muffin pans coated with cooking spray, filling two-thirds full.

4Bake at 425 for 18 to 20 minutes.
