  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 14 cup picante sauce
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton plain nonfat yogurt

    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.

    Combine egg whites and next 3 ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.

    Spoon batter into muffin pans coated with cooking spray, filling two-thirds full.
