Light Thai Beef Salad

Ingredients

  • 200g gourmet lettuce mix
  • 120g fresh baby corn, lightly cooked, halved
  • 1 cup snow pea sprouts
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 400g rump steak, trimmed of all visible fat before cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Thai style red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted peanuts, chopped
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT FREE* Italian Dressing

Directions

    Toss lettuce mix, baby corn, snowpea sprouts and onion in a serving dish.

    Spread rump steak with curry paste, and cook on a pre heated BBQ plate or pan.

    Slice into strips, (see handy hint) add to salad, garnish with coriander and peanuts.

    Drizzle salad with dressing and serve.
