Ingredients
- 6 skinned, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. chives
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
Directions

1Sprinkle chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.

2Heat oil in large skillet.

3Saute chicken until lightly brown on both sides. Cook until no longer pink and fork inserts easily.

4Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm.

5Drain and discard oil.

6Add lime juice to same skillet.

7Cook over low heat until juice bubbles.

8Add butter and stir until it becomes opaque.

9Stir in chives and dill. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve over rice.
