  • 7 lb. cucumbers, sliced in 1/4-inch slices
  • 2 c. lime
  • 2 gal. water
  • 4 1/2 lb. sugar (10 c.)
  • 2 qt. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. mixed pickling spice
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
