  • 1 pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 15 large marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. whipped cream
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Stir Jell-O in boiling water and add cream cheese and marshmallows.

    Stir and cook until dissolved.

    Cool slightly; add pineapple, whipped cream, nuts and salt.

    Mix well, refrigerate until firm.
