Linguine and Tomatoes

- 1/2 pounds Linguine Pasta
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 28 ounces, fluid San Marzano Whole Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1/4 teaspoons Red Chili Flakes
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Basil, Chiffonade
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Directions

1Bring a big pot of salted water to a boil for pasta.

2Heat olive oil in a large saute pan and add garlic.

3Cook for just a few minutes then add tomatoes with all the juice, and chili flakes.

4Simmer on low while you cook pasta.

5Once pasta is al dente, remove from water and add to tomato sauce.

6Add fresh basil and toss to combine.

7Top with as much or as little Parmesan cheese as your heart desiresif youre like me, thats a lot of cheese.
