  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. flavoring
  • 5 drops food coloring
  • sucker sticks

Directions

    Grease back of cookie sheet with butter.

    Arrange sucker sticks on sheet.

    Cook sugar, cream of tartar and water to hard (310°).

    Add flavoring and color and stir.
  5. 5
    Pour over sticks. Wiggle each lollipop loose when set, but not cold.
