"Lotza-Mozza" Pizza

  • 1 can (283 g) refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/3 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Unroll dough on baking sheet.

    Pat out with hands to 12x8-inch rectangle.

    Spread evenly with pizza sauce to within 1/2 inch of edges; top with pepperoni, olives and cheese.

    Fold one-third of the dough over filling, starting at one of the long sides of dough.

    Repeat with remaining long side of dough.

    Firmly pinch seams together to seal.

    Place, seam-side down, on baking sheet.

    Prick dough with fork.
