  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 cup dry oats
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp raw sugar
  • 1 unsalted butter

Directions

    In a blender or a nutribullet l(like I did) blend all the ingredients.

    Heat a pan and add unsalted butter.

    Add your mix slowly and cooked like pancakes.

    Until done in each side.
