  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

    Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.

    Mix moist ingredients and brown sugar in a second larger bowl.
