- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.

3Mix moist ingredients and brown sugar in a second larger bowl.

4Add dry ingredients to moist ingredients.

5Stir until well mixed.

6Spoon and press into greased bread pan.
