  • tortilla chips, nacho chips or corn chips (preferably low-fat)
  • homemade or canned chili or plain chili beans
  • low-fat Mexican cheese, either shredded or chopped
  • tomato sauce

Directions

    The size baking dish or pan depends on how much you want to make.

    Spray with Pam or other baking spray.

    Crush chips in bottom, then layer chili or beans, cheese and more chips.

    Pour tomato sauce over all.
