  • 1 large box old-fashioned oats
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. powdered milk
  • 1 c. All-Bran
  • 1 c. Grape-Nuts
  • 3/4 c. sliced almonds
  • 3/4 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. soy nuts
  • 1/2 shredded coconut
  • 1 c. applesauce
  • 1 c. honey

Directions

    Heat applesauce and honey together until hot.

    Mix all dry ingredients together.

    Mix hot liquid with dry ingredients.

    Place in two baking pans (13 x 9 x 2-inch).

    Heat in 200° oven for approximately 6 hours.
