- 2 lb. ground turkey
- 1 pt. light cottage cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. large lasagna noodles
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1 garlic clove
- 1 large can tomato paste
- 3/4 can water
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella shredded cheese
Directions

1Boil noodles, 3 or 4 at a time to prevent breaking.

2Brown turkey, onion and garlic in skillet.

3Drain.

4Add 3/4 can of water to tomato paste and mix.

5Add to browned meat and simmer for 15 minutes.

6In a separate bowl, slightly beat egg, then blend in cottage cheese.

7Add spices to meat mixture the final five minutes of simmering.

8Spray large baking dish with Pam.

9Layer meat mixture, followed by noodles, then cheese mixture.

10Repeat.

11Then sprinkle top with Mozzarella cheese.

12Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or microwave for 20 minutes.
