- 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute or 2 tablespoons sugar

- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg, slightly beaten

- 4 tablespoons applesauce
- 3 cups low-fat buttermilk or 3 cups milk
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup of flavoured low-fat plain yogurt

1Sift dry ingredients into medium bowl.

2Mix together wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients.
