  • 1 c. bean sprouts (fresh)
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 1 c. frozen shrimp (medium size) *
  • 1 tsp. Louisiana seasoning
  • low-fat soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
