- 8 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup raisins
- 12 cup chopped dried apricot
- 12 cup dried cranberries
- 1 12 cups packed brown sugar
- 12 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine the oats, raisins, apricots and cranberries; set aside.

2In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, Honey, water, Maple syrup and salt.

3Cook and stir over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until brown sugar is dissolved.

4Remove from the heat; stir in and vanilla.

5Pour over oat mixture; stir to coat.

6Transfer to two greased 15-in.

10Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until crisp, stirring every 10 minutes.
