- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 lb. green beans, French cut (julienne)
- 1 medium sized cabbage
- 2 medium sized carrots
- cooking oil
- 3 pkg. bean sprouts
- 1 medium onion
- green onions
- salt
- ajinomoto
- lumpia wrappers
Directions

1Wash vegetables and slice.

2Peel shrimp and cut into halves. Slice round onion.

3Saute pork and onion in 2 tablespoons oil. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is reddish in color.

4Add sliced vegetables, salt and ajinomoto to taste.

5Cook on medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.

6Stir well and set aside until cooled.

7Wrap 1 tablespoon of mixture in a lumpia wrapper, folding wrapper to seal.

8Fry each lumpia until golden brown.
