- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10 biscuits)
- 1/4 c. tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 10 slices pepperoni
- 3/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle and press into a greased muffin cup.

3Combine tomato sauce and Italian seasoning; spoon 1 teaspoon into each cup.

4Top each with 1 pepperoni slice and 1 tablespoon cheese.

5Bake at 425° for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

6Serve immediately or store in refrigerator.
