  • 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • 2 cups crushed ice

    In a blender, puree mango nectar, low-fat yogurt, lychee fruits, and sour cream. Add sugar, milk, lemon, ice cream, orange juice, cold water, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses and serve immediately or store in the fridge.
