  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 4 shredded carrots
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
