Macaroni Salad

  • 1 lb. cooked macaroni shells
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen peas
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped dill pickles
  • 1 1/2 c. cubed cheddar cheese
  • celery seed to taste
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • pinch of onion powder
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • celery salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Rinse peas under cold water in colander.

    Drain well.

    In bowl toss the macaroni with the peas.

    Add the onion, celery, dill pickles, cheese, celery seeds, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper. Toss and mix well.

    Add mayo and a little celery salt. Toss well and taste.

    Adjust seasonings to your taste.
