  • 100g sugar
  • 140g flour
  • 1 1/2t b powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t van. paste
  • 8 T butter
  • 1 T honey

    Whip sugar and egg whites on high until doubled.

    stir in flour, and rest of dry ing.

    cover and let rest for1 hour

    melt butter and honey together. Cool for 1 hour. Dribble butter and honey into the batter, stir to smooth. Cover and rest for 1 hour.

    perheat to 400. Brush pan with melted butter, fill from pastry bag to 3/4 full. bake for 9-10 minutes.
