  • 1 head lettuce
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. cauliflower
  • 1 small Maui onion, chopped
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 pkg. bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 c. medium Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Prepare vegetables for salad.

    Layer them in bowl except eggs. Mix mayonnaise with sugar and spread over vegetables.

    Refrigerate 8 to 24 hours.
