  • 3 cups Cubed Chicken Breast
  • 23 cups White Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Minced Ginger
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 8 Tablespoons Cornstarch

    Add sesame oil to wok or large skillet and heat on high.

    Add chicken to wok and reduce heat to medium-high.

    While chicken is cooking in wok, combine sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, garlic and ginger in a small saucepan.

    Heat over medium until sugar is dissolved, stirring often.

    Combine cornstarch and water.
