- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello (pineapple, grapefruit or orange)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 (11 oz.) cans Mandarin orange sections
- 1 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.

2Drain fruits, reserving 3/4 cup of the combined syrups.

3Add the measured syrup and orange rind to gelatin.

4Chill until slightly thickened (approximately 1 to 2 hours).

5Stir whipped topping into gelatin mixture until blended.

6Fold in fruits.

7Pour into mold and chill until firm.
