Mandarin Orange Salad

  • 1 (3 1/4 oz.) box tapioca pudding
  • 1 (3 1/4 oz.) box vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 large box orange Jell-O
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 or 2 cans Mandarin orange segments, drained

    Combine tapioca pudding and vanilla pudding with water.

    Bring to a boil.

    Remove from heat and add orange Jell-O, stirring until dissolved.

    Then add Cool Whip, stirring until dissolved.

    Put in Mandarin orange segments, reserving a few for the top.

    Chill until firm.
