Mango Gelatin

  • 2 envelope 7g each unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 24 oz mangoes, drained, 1 slice reserved and cut into 6 to 8 pieces
  • 1 can 14 oz Nestle La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 tbsp lime juice

Directions

    Place gelatin and water in saucepan.

    Heat for 1 min until gelatin is disolved.

    Place mangoes sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, lime juice and gelatin mixture in blender, blend u til smooth.

    Spray 6 to 8 dessert cups with nonstick cooking spray.

    Pour mixture into cups; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

    Garnish with mango pieces and mint.
